Well here is a non solicited very well stated comment from a mother of one of our ball players who believes training really makes a difference for her daughter. Mentally and physically.
“If I could add my $2 worth (I can’t find the ‘cents’ sign on my computer) Amber really enjoys working with Dustin. She has learned a lot and I have noticed how much stronger and flexible she has become. Ed and Chantel maybe can tell also – that she is getting stronger in her thighs – and doesn’t get as tired as fast when in the catching position. I think she will continue to work with Dustin through the Spring. If that helps to get some of the girls interested – just knowing some of the other players and they won’t be alone, I think helps get them involved. At first Amber was hesitating, because she didn’t know anyone. But they are so busy working – and Dustin is great giving each girl one on one attention. Anyway just my thoughts! Stay warm!”

Hey Ed,
I just wanted to let you know that I will be around through the spring to train any girls who want to improve their overall athletic ability and gain strength and speed. The girls must be ready to work hard and push themselves to a higher level. I will incorporate the latest in strength development, speed, agility, explosive power and injury prevention. I will teach proper training techniques for safety based on training supported by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Please feel free to talk to Sammy, Jennifer, Katelyn, Sierra, Kaylie, Katie T, Tannah, Alex, Amber, Haley, Maycee, Jade, Bre, Mackenzy, Bailey, or Izzy . These girls are currently training or just completed a session. They have worked really hard and have gained a lot. Training will be on Saturdays for a costs of $7.50 per session. We will do either a 6 or an 8 week session. Times will be anywhere from 9:00 to 12:00 depending on the interest.
Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested. My number is 661-7819 or email me at dkletcher@pluto.dsu.edu. They could also contact my mother, Susan. Her number is 661-5818.
Thanks for your help!
