Mission Statement
The Sioux Falls Diamond’s Softball Club is a group of several highly competitive girl’s fastpitch softball teams. Our players come from all over Sioux Falls and the surrounding region.
These teams work together to provide an affordable well maintained indoor practice facility for the teams of the club while keeping each team a separate entity with their own coaches, players and managers. The club does not dictate how a coach or manager runs their team. However, each team is required to participate in an annual club organized softball tournament in the summer as well as an annual fund-raiser in October to help the girls with the cost of the club fee which pays for the “CORE” indoor practice and conditioning facility.
The coaches of our teams will promote commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for the game. Our teams will promote our values both on and off the field, and show respect in both victory and defeat. We will strive to do our best as a team on the field, strive to be an outstanding community citizen, and represent the club with the utmost respect.
As the Sioux Falls Diamond’s Club continues to grow as we have made a commitment to our players and parents. Our goal is to help any coach or team who is interested in a fun but competitive surrounding. We have a wonderful indoor strength and conditioning facility that all of our teams use year around. We encourage our players to work hard and be great role models for the younger players who they compete against as well as those in our organization. It is not the aim of the Diamond’s club to set ourselves apart from our competition, but to be a good competitor, and win or lose with respect for our opponents.
